Placing an order:

- Ordering through this site is easy
- Take your time and browse our website and
decide on which products you require
- To purchase our products go to the
product(s) you want to order, type in the quantity you require
- Choose Colours and all other options that
may be available by the pull down menu to select your choice
- Then click on 'add to cart'
- Once you have done this for all the
products you want to order, click on 'check out' which takes you to the
check out
- At this point you will be required to fill
in your contact details and payment options
- If at any time during the ordering process
you would like to have a look at the products you have ordered click on
'view cart'

DELIVERY |
- Orders are generally
dispatched with 2-3 days of receipt. If items are not in stock can be up
to 14 days.
Personalised orders up to 4 weeks.
- If you are not home at time of delivery
Australia Post or Couriers will leave a card.
- Please notify us if order is URGENT
- If products are temporarily Out of Stock
and delivery will be more than 2 weeks you will be notified by
email.
- You're Invited accepts no responsibility for any loss
of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our
web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release
our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late
delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and
to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our
carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so by clicking the
following box.
In rural and regional areas of Australia,
delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to
the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to
final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your

SHORTAGES OR
DEFECTS |
- Please report any shortages or problems
with your orders within 2 days of delivery.
- This will enable us to rectify the problem
without any undue delay.

Do
you have a Catalogue? No, in
order to keep prices low and our selection high with ever changing
merchandise, we have decided to not print a catalogue. We will then pass
the savings on to you, our customers.
Return Policy
We
Want You to be Satisfied. When you receive your order,
please inspect your items carefully. We are pleased to accept
returns/exchanges on unopened, non-personalized items up to 15 days after
you receive your order. Items that are personalised may not be
returned unless:
1) The item is defective. You must report a
defective item within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will replace
the item at no cost to you.
2) There is an error on the
personalisation that is the fault of Your Invited. When you place your
order, you must enter the personalisation EXACTLY as you want it to appear
on your item. If the personalisation on the items matches the
personalisation information we received on your order, we cannot accept
the item(s) for return. All merchandise returns or
exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee. However, if you receive any
product from our store which is manufacturer defective or is damaged
during shipment, we will immediately exchange the unusable product for you
without charge.
Items in non-resalable
condition or that cannot be resold for other reasons (i.e. food products,
rose petals, or personalised products) may not be returned or exchanged
unless defective or damaged during shipment. Additionally, items purchased
at discount pricing or closeout prices may not be returned or exchanged
unless defective or damaged during shipment.
How to
Return an Item You must contact us at sales@youreinvited.com.au
Please provide your order number, name, item(s) for which you are
requesting a return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be
issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) by our customer service
representative. Clearly mark your RAN number on every package being
returned. All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton
including packing materials and contents, and shipped to the address below
via Australia Post or Parcel Post. We must receive the returned item
within 10 business days of issuing the RAM number. This 10 day window
allows ample time for the return to arrive via Australia Post from
anywhere in the country.

Returns sent to Your Invited without the RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER clearly marked on the package, or after the ten (10)
day time period provided for shipment of returned merchandise has expired,
will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the senders
expense. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
